1. Eligibility

  • Our Services are designed for learners aged 9 years or older (Grade 5+).
  • Users under 18 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • By enrolling, you confirm eligibility and accept responsibility for complying with these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must register with accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account caused by failure to maintain security.

3. Course Enrollment, Access & Content

  • Enrollment is effective only after payment confirmation.
  • Course materials, projects, videos, live classes, and resources are for personal educational use only.
  • Access duration depends on the course stage and is non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content without prior notice to improve learning outcomes.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹) via approved payment gateways.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment confirmation is necessary before kit dispatch or course activation.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 9).
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Kit Rental & Purchase Policies

Rental Kits:

  • Must be returned within 7 calendar days post-course completion.
  • Kits must be returned complete, clean, and in working condition.
  • Late returns will incur ₹100 per day penalty.
  • Damage or missing parts will incur replacement charges at prevailing retail rates.

Purchased Kits:

  • Ownership transfers immediately upon full payment.
  • Kits are non-refundable once opened or dispatched.
  • Warranty applies only for 15 days from delivery against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty is void if damage is due to misuse, modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping charges are as stated at checkout.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
  • Customers must inspect packages upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours.

7. Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Support includes helpdesk, email, chat, and scheduled mentoring sessions.
  • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
  • Hardware support covers setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
  • Software support includes platform navigation and content access assistance.
  • Support excludes hardware repairs beyond warranty or issues due to misuse.

8. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • Users agree to follow all safety instructions provided with kits and courses.
  • For users below 18, adult supervision is strongly advised, especially during hardware assembly or electrical work.
  • Users must not attempt repairs or modifications beyond instructions.
  • Users accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use.

9. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to learn@futuretinkers.com.
  • Refunds:
    • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment and before kit dispatch.
    • 50% refund if canceled within 7 days and before course start, with unopened kits returned in original condition.
    • No refunds once the course begins, kits are dispatched, or live sessions attended.
  • Replacement of damaged kits during rental requires damage assessment and cost payment.
  • Defective purchased kits reported within warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
  • No refunds on institutional packages, franchise agreements, or bulk orders.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, software, project designs, logos, trademarks, and related content are owned by FutureTinkers or licensed to us.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal learning.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use is prohibited.
  • Students retain ownership of their original project outputs but grant FutureTinkers permission to use anonymized data or showcase exemplary work for promotional purposes.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Please review our separate Privacy Policy outlining data collection, usage, and protection measures.
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws to safeguard your information.

12. Community & Code of Conduct

  • Respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior is mandatory in all interactions.
  • Discrimination, harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive conduct is prohibited.
  • Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.
  • Users are expected to credit sources appropriately and engage honestly in assessments.

13. Third-Party Software & Links

  • Our platform integrates third-party tools (e.g., Blynk, Firebase, Node-RED, EasyEDA).
  • We provide guidance but are not liable for issues originating from third-party platforms.
  • Users must comply with third-party terms and understand their policies.
  • The website may contain links to external sites; FutureTinkers is not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Franchise & Institutional Partnerships

  • Franchisees and partner institutions must enter separate agreements defining rights, duties, and financial terms.
  • FutureTinkers retains all rights to curriculum content and branding.
  • Partners agree to maintain quality and adhere to our standards.
  • Non-compliance may result in termination and legal actions.

15. Accessibility & Inclusion

  • FutureTinkers is committed to providing accessible education.
  • Reasonable accommodations will be made for learners with disabilities upon request.
  • Users should inform support early for any special requirements.

16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career placements.
  • FutureTinkers is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use kits or content.
  • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Use kits responsibly and at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FutureTinkers and its affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of kits, or violation of laws.

18. Force Majeure

FutureTinkers will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

20. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

21. Modifications to Terms

FutureTinkers may update these Terms. Changes will be posted online, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
